Term and Condition

Deposit:

The refundable security deposit must be made upon check-in in cash or credit card authorization with guest’s signature.

Children Policy:

• Free of charge for child 0-3 years sharing with family for a maximum of one child per room (without bed and breakfast).
• Extra charge 50% of breakfast for child 4-11 years, if require.

Check-in / Check-out:

• Standard Check-in time is 14:00 hrs
• A Half-day charge will be levied for early check-in after 07:00 hrs.
• A Full-day charge will be levied for early check-in before 07:00 hrs.
• Standard Check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
• A Half-day charge will be levied for late check-out before 18:00 hrs.
• A Full-day charge will be levied for late check-out after 18:00 hrs.

Notification:

• The payment is made through Siam Commercial’s e-payment
• Visa, Master Card and JCB cards are accepted
• Centre Point Hospitality takes maximum precaution to ensure that your credit card details and other personal information (if any) are secured at all times. Our payment is processed on Siam Commercial Bank’s secure server that encrypts your credit card information so that it is protected against unauthorized use. Centre Point does not obtain your credit card information; it goes directly to Siam Commercial Bank’s secured server
